By accessing or using DMARC Busta ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time, and we will notify you of any material changes.

2. Description of Service

DMARC Busta provides email authentication monitoring and management services, including DMARC, SPF, and DKIM configuration, analysis, and reporting. The Service includes automated tools for DNS management and email security optimization.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age or have legal authority to enter into this agreement
• Promptly update your account information if it changes

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Use the Service to send spam or phishing emails
• Manage domains you do not own or have authorization to manage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization

5. DNS Modifications

When you grant the Service access to modify DNS records, you authorize us to make changes necessary for email authentication. While we take precautions to prevent errors, you acknowledge that DNS changes can affect email delivery. We recommend maintaining backups of your DNS configurations.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your subscription plan
• Provide accurate billing information
• Update payment information promptly if it changes

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the Service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. For Enterprise customers, specific SLA terms may be outlined in separate agreements.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process DMARC reports and DNS data to provide the Service. You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by DMARC Busta and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DMARC BUSTA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately, though we may retain your data for a reasonable period for backup and legal purposes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Australia.
