If clicking "Approve" doesn't work, check these issues:
SPF Lookup Limit
SPF records are limited to 10 DNS lookups. If you're at the limit:
- Use DMARC Busta's Managed SPF feature (flattens lookups)
- Remove unused email providers from SPF
- Consolidate IPs into include mechanisms
Other Issues
- Check for SPF syntax errors in your record
- Wait for DNS propagation (5-15 minutes)
- Verify the domain has SPF delegation enabled
