Zero Data in AI Insights
If AI Insights shows zeros everywhere, here's what to check:
Possible Causes
- No DMARC reports imported yet
- DMARC record not configured correctly
- No email has been sent from this domain
- Reports are going to a different address
Solutions
- Verify DMARC record exists: check for
_dmarc.yourdomain.com - Confirm the RUA address points to DMARC Busta
- Wait 24-48 hours for first reports to arrive
- Send test emails to trigger report generation
