Client Reports

Client Reports generates professional, branded PDF reports that you can share directly with clients. Choose from several report types depending on where the domain is in its DMARC journey.

How to Generate a Report

  1. Select Domain — Choose the domain you want to report on.
  2. Choose Report Type — Pick the report format that fits the situation (see below).
  3. Configure Options — Set the date range and branding preferences.
  4. Preview — Review the report on screen before downloading.
  5. Download — Export as PDF to share with your client.

Report Types

Type Best For
Initial Assessment First-look analysis for a new domain. Shows current DNS state, identified issues, and recommended next steps. Ideal for onboarding a new client.
Monthly Report Recurring compliance and activity summary. Shows what happened during the period, sources processed, and compliance trends. Use for regular client updates.
Progress Report Tracks the journey from p=none to p=reject. Shows each progression step, timeline, and current position. Good for demonstrating forward momentum.
Milestone Report Celebrates key achievements such as reaching reject policy, 100% compliance, or full SPF coverage. Share to reinforce the value of managed email security.
Outreach Report Simplified, non-technical version for client communication. Focuses on outcomes and value rather than DNS details. Suitable for executive-level stakeholders.

Tip

Reports use your white-label branding from Settings > Branding if configured. Without custom branding, reports display DMARC Busta branding by default.
