Report Recipients

Set up automatic report delivery so clients receive reports on a regular schedule without any manual intervention from you.

Adding a Recipient

  1. Click Add Recipient.
  2. Enter the recipient's name and email address.
  3. Select which domains the recipient should receive reports for.
  4. Choose a report frequency (weekly or monthly).
  5. Save the recipient.

Recipient Table

The table shows all configured recipients with their name, email, covered domains, delivery frequency, last sent date, and active status. Use the toggle to enable or disable individual recipients without deleting them.

Frequency Options

Frequency Details
Weekly Report covers the previous 7 days. Sent every Monday morning.
Monthly Report covers the previous calendar month. Sent on the 1st of each month.

Tip

Recipients automatically receive reports on schedule. No manual intervention needed. Disable a recipient temporarily if a client is on hold without losing the configuration.
