Fixing Low Compliance
Goal: Improve compliance from below 95% to 95%+
Step 1: Identify the Problem
On Security Dashboard, expand Authentication Troubleshooting and check which is lower: SPF or DKIM.
Step 2: If SPF is Low
- Go to SPF Management page
- Find sources with "add_to_spf" recommendation
- Approve legitimate sources
- Wait for DNS propagation
Step 3: If DKIM is Low
Enable DKIM signing in your email provider:
- Google Workspace: Admin Console → Apps → Gmail → Authenticate Email
- Microsoft 365: Exchange Admin → Mail Flow → DKIM
- Other providers: Check their DKIM setup documentation
Step 4: Verify
Wait 24-48 hours for new reports, then check the dashboard again.
