Tracking security issues, quick verify, AI review, and resolution
Security Issues
The Issues page lists all detected DNS and email authentication problems across your domains. Issues are found during scheduled scans and manual verifications.
Issue Severity
| Severity | Examples |
|---|---|
| Critical | Missing SPF record, broken DMARC delegation, SPF exceeding 10-lookup limit |
| High | Weak DMARC policy (p=none with no progression plan), DKIM selector not signing |
| Medium | Suboptimal SPF (redundant includes), missing DKIM for known sender |
| Low | Best-practice suggestions, minor configuration improvements |
Filters
Use the filter bar to narrow the list by status (Open or Fixed), severity level, or specific domain. Filters combine so you can view, for example, only Critical open issues for a single domain.
Verification Actions
- Quick Verify — Performs a fast DNS lookup to check whether the record has been updated. Instant and free to use.
- AI Review — Runs a deeper AI-powered analysis that examines the full DNS configuration and provides reasoning about the issue and recommended fix.
Resolution Workflow
- Identify the issue and read the description for context.
- Fix the underlying DNS record (manually or via a connected DNS provider).
- Click Quick Verify to confirm the DNS change has propagated.
- The issue status changes to Fixed once the verification passes.
Bulk Operations
Select multiple issues using the checkboxes, then use the bulk action bar to dismiss or re-verify selected issues in one step.
Tip
Quick Verify is instant and free. Use it immediately after making DNS changes to confirm the fix worked without waiting for the next scheduled scan.
