MSP Activity Reports
The MSP Activity Reports page provides a detailed log of every action taken across your managed domains. Use it to review activity, prepare for client meetings, and export data for record-keeping.
Date Range Selector
Set a start and end date to filter the activity log to a specific period. All summary metrics and the activity table update to reflect the selected range.
Summary Metrics
| Metric | Description |
|---|---|
| Total Actions | Count of all logged actions in the selected period. |
| Domains Affected | Number of unique domains that had at least one action. |
| Sources Processed | Total email sources approved, rejected, or modified. |
Activity Table
The main table lists each action with the date, affected domain, action type, details, and who performed it (user or Autopilot). Click column headers to sort.
Domain Breakdown
Below the activity table, a per-domain breakdown shows how many actions were taken for each domain. Useful for identifying which domains required the most attention.
Export Options
- Export CSV — Download the raw activity data as a CSV file for spreadsheet analysis or archiving.
- Client Report — Generate a formatted, branded PDF report suitable for sharing with clients.

Use this page to prepare for client meetings. Filter by the relevant date range and export a CSV summary or generate a branded PDF report to present during the meeting.
