Domains List

The Domains page is your central hub for managing all domains in your account. From here you can add, import, search, filter, and take bulk actions across your entire domain portfolio.

Header and Domain Count

The page header shows the total number of domains in your account. This count updates automatically as you add or remove domains.

Import Domains

The Import Domains dropdown lets you pull domains from a connected DNS provider in bulk, rather than adding them one by one. Supported providers:

  • Cloudflare — imports all zones from your connected Cloudflare account
  • AWS Route 53 — imports hosted zones from your connected AWS account
  • cPanel / WHM — imports domains from your WHM server

Imported domains have Autopilot enabled by default, so AI-driven management begins immediately.

Add Domain

Click Add Domain to open a slide panel where you can manually enter a domain name. After adding, you will need to verify domain ownership unless the domain was auto-discovered via a connected DNS provider.

Domain Cards

Each domain is displayed as a card (or row) showing key information at a glance:

Element What It Shows
Domain Name The domain (e.g., example.com). Click to open the domain dashboard.
Verification Status Shows whether domain ownership has been confirmed (Verified, Pending, or Failed).
Setup Score A score from 0 to 100 indicating how well SPF, DMARC, and DKIM are configured. Green (80-100), Yellow (50-79), Red (0-49).
Protocol Indicators SPF, DMARC, and DKIM status shown as green (configured), yellow (partial), or red (not configured) indicators.
Automation Level Badge showing the current level: Manual, Maintenance, Managed, or Autopilot (purple).

Bulk Actions

Select multiple domains using the checkboxes to reveal the bulk action toolbar:

  • Enable Autopilot — sets selected domains to the Autopilot automation level
  • Assign to Organisation — moves selected domains into an organisation group
  • Delete — removes selected domains from your account

Organisation Filter

The sidebar filter lets you narrow the domain list by organisation. Click an organisation name to show only its domains, or click All Domains to remove the filter.

Search and Filters

Use the search bar to find domains by name. Additional filters let you sort by setup score, automation level, or verification status to quickly find domains that need attention.

Tip: Connect a DNS Provider First

Connect Cloudflare, Route 53, or cPanel before adding domains. Importing from a connected provider automatically verifies domains, enables Autopilot, and allows DMARC Busta to manage DNS records directly — no manual DNS editing needed.
