MSP Dashboard Guide
Portfolio health metrics, group filtering, and activity overview
MSP Dashboard
The MSP Dashboard is your portfolio-level overview. It aggregates compliance data, issue counts, and activity across all your managed domains so you can quickly identify which clients need attention.
Date Range Filter
Use the date range picker at the top to control the reporting period. All summary cards, charts, and the activity feed update to reflect the selected window.
Group & Domain Filter
Filter by organization or individual domain to drill down from the full portfolio view into a specific client or domain. The default view shows all domains.
Summary Cards
| Card | What It Shows |
|---|---|
| Total Domains | Number of domains in your account (or filtered set). |
| Active Autopilot | Domains currently running with Autopilot automation enabled. |
| Average Compliance | Mean DMARC compliance rate across all domains in the selected period. |
| Issues Count | Total open security issues requiring attention. |
Domain Health Table
The main table lists every domain with its compliance rate, current DMARC policy level, number of open issues, and last scan timestamp. Click a row to navigate to that domain's detail page.
Activity Feed
A chronological list of recent actions across all domains — source approvals, policy progressions, issue detections, and automated fixes. Useful for a quick check of what has happened since your last review.
Group Breakdown
Shows compliance and issue counts broken down by organization. Quickly compare how different client groups are performing relative to each other.
Export Options
Export the dashboard data as CSV for further analysis or reporting. Use the Client Report button to generate a branded PDF for client presentations.
Tip
